The studio is beautiful with a great modern vibe. You'll love the chandeliers! Arrive five to ten minutes early. Tell the instructor if you have any injury concerns or if this is your first ever Pilates class. Grippy sox (optional) can make some of the exercises a little easier. We have them available for sale at reception for $15. When you've finished the class, why not enjoy a few minutes relaxing in our fabulous massage chairs?

Things happen so we've made cancelling easy. Click on your booking and select the 'cancel' option. Provided you give us a minimum of two hours' notice, you'll receive a credit in our system, so you won't have to pay the next time you visit us.

You'll find us conveniently located in the heart of Sorrento at 1/68 Ocean Beach Road, Sorrento. We're in the SALT building next to the Newsagent. Plenty of free 2-hour parking available.

Yes. Book yourself in first. Then simply book and pay for a second spot under your name. Repeat the process for as many friends as you like! Once the system has your details, this all becomes quick and easy.
